7 Daily Habits Of Successful People
by Perjan Duro, Founder
Habits either help to propel us forward or to hinder our progress in life. The state and quality of our lives right now is a direct reflection of our daily habits.
It takes commitment and a lot of willpower to overcome our natural tendencies to feel, think, speak and act in a certain way. These are the habits of successful people and if you too want to become successful, focus on these habits and consistently make efforts to instill them into your daily. You will be surprised by your improvement in the end.
Start with a healthy breakfast
How do you begin a good day? You got it, with a good breakfast. If you're serious about success, eat a healthy breakfast every single morning.
Exercise every day
With this I don’t mean to do heavy weightlifting or running a marathon (but if you do, hey more power to you). Maybe some jumping jacks or pushups or squats sets spread out during the day. Maybe a light 15-30 minute jog. Or some neck and back stretching. After each exercise, you will feel more motivated, have more mental clarity and be more emotionally sound.
Effective time management
Bob Iger, ex Disney CEO, wakes up at 4:15 am and avoids using his phone until he's finished his morning exercise routine. Jeff Bezos , ex Amazon CEO, wakes up at 6:45 am for the same reason. We all have the same amount of time in this world, how you leverage this resource will dictate your potential for success. I am not saying you should follow their example, but they have built multi-billion dollar companies.
Set up daily goals
We all have long-term goals, but often they feel overwhelming. Try to break them down into daily goals, small progress every day can overcome some of the enormity associated with achieving big things in life by focusing on the one-day-at-time, short-term scenarios.

Never stop learning
Whether you decide to learn something new through an online course, a book, a video on YouTube, TED Talks or other means, the importance of implementing this habit is paramount. Find something that's worthwhile learning and do just a little bit of it every single day.
Do it now
“I will do this sometime later…”, “No, I was about to do that, but…”, “I wish I could do this now, but…” etc. etc. how often have you said these exact words? Take action. Don’t put it off for “later”, do it now and you’ll be amazed at how free you will feel.
Think positively
When you think negatively, harboring negative thoughts, you attract negative things into your life. When you think positive, you attract positive things. Ignore the naysayers who doubt your abilities, and pursue the things that you love. Good things will begin happening.
These are just some of the habits of successful people. How many of them will you agree and commit to taking on today? Remember, it’s all about building momentum. Start small, increase gradually and change your life.
