Privacy Policy

For Imperium Apps the protection of your personal data and privacy is very important. Therefore we want to inform you about the use of your data in our privacy protection policy.

Use of data for orders (in general)

We use your personal data only for processing your order. A passing on of the data to government institutions and authorities only takes place in those cases in which we’re legally bound to do so or in which this seems necessary to us (e.g. when declaring our taxes).

Further use e.g. for advertisement is excluded unless you have given your explicit consent for this. To be able to identify persons misusing our website we also save the IP address data for every order. We don’t use your IP address data for anything else but for abuse prevention and fighting abuse.

Data received when viewing/visiting our website

When viewing our pages your browser sends data to our server. This normally includes your current IP-address, a browser line (which normally includes browser name and -version, the operating system and its version used), preferred languages and filetypes and the page referring to ours.

For our internal statistic we save your current IP, the browser-field, the time of your request and its result (reduced to e.g. “successful”, “page not found”, etc.) as well as the referring page in a so called log file. We create our internal and anonymised server statistics on the basis of this log file. We do not create any profiles of individual visitors.

Use of our mailing lists and forums

When contributing to our mailing lists and forums miscellaneous information about the email or HTTP-query and its way to our server is contained in the so called headers. We save these headers in order to identify persons abusing our services and otherwise solely use them for the operation of these services and nothing else.

The email address you gave us upon your subscription to one or more of our mailing lists and forums is only used for the delivery of contributed submissions to you. It does only appear in the headers (along with your name) of all other subscribers (as sender) and in our publicly available web-archive, if you submit a message to any of our mailing lists. To forum subscribers only your nickname (usually your first name and – optionally – the first character of your last name and a number) is submitted – your email address remains private.
