How It Works?
When you join Feat+ by Yona you will get a real custom meal plan that is tailored made for you
You’ll start by completing a short assessment questionnaire so that our nutrition expert learns more about YOU and your relationship with foods, diets and activities.
Then a couple of days later when your custom meal plan is ready, you will receive it in your inbox and you will be ready to start your weight loss journey.
Your Meal Plan
Based on your submitted answers, you will receive a custom meal plan for the first 14 days of your weight loss journey. This meal plan will be prepared by a real nutritionist and will feature tasty recipes that will help you lose weight in a natural and healthy way. After sticking to the plan for 14 days, you will submit your progress so that our nutritionist can evaluate and prepare the meal plan for the next 14 days.
This will not be like most fad diets that promise you insane results in the shortest amount of time. If you respect the meal plan, you can potentially lose up to 4-8 lb (2-4 kg) each month.
Weight & Steps Tracking
Sync Feat by Yona with the Health App and see your weight loss journey in a beautiful chart. Your current and desired weight are always there for you to see along with BMI. You can also just as easily log your weight directly from the app. Additionally, you can track your daily steps so you can be more active.

Losing and keeping a stable body weight is an ongoing process. Inside Feat by Yona you will find a collection of helpful articles about healthy eating, weight loss, nutrition and so much more. Additionally, you will find a lot of interesting nutrition facts for many of the food you will consume during your meal plan.
